Printed Tights

In the winter when it is super cold, I am always trying to find ways to look chic, stylish, and warm.  Tights are a fav of mine to have fun with and try new styles. They take a simple pencil skirt and turn it into wow with striped prints and bright colors.  A perfectly inexpensive way to change up a blah look and keep toasty warm on snowy days.
